General Terms and Conditions of use

These general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter the “General Terms and Conditions of Use”) define the terms and conditions under which any Internet user (hereinafter the “User”) undertakes to use the services and information available on https://www.sogitec.fr/ as well as on any other web pages associated with this domain name (hereinafter individually or collectively referred to as the “Site”).

1. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Use

SOGITEC INDUSTRIES may need to update these General Terms and Conditions of Use. 7. Liability

These General Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with French law, but conflict of laws principles.

9. Attribution of jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute over the execution, existence, termination, validity or interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions of Use, SOGITEC INDUSTRIES and the User will attempt to amicably resolve any dispute relating to the General Terms and Conditions of Use within a period not exceeding sixty (60) days following receipt of the first written notification of the dispute by the most diligent party to the other party. Any dispute that SOGITEC INDUSTRIES and the User have not resolved amicably under the above conditions will be submitted to the competent courts of NANTERRE (FRANCE) to which exclusive jurisdiction is granted, including in the event of multiple defendants or warranty claims.
