For
a full vision,
mission simulators
are preferably
installed inside 4
to 8-metre domes. However the
conception of visual
systems uses also a
really innovative
device of
high-resolution
over-headed images
on a pseudo-sphere
made
of 3 to 8 flat
screens. |
 Single
or double-seated cockpits are
equipped with genuine
pilot-grip, throttle, head-up
or down display and G-seat
thus offering an
optimized restitution of the
sensorial environment
(acceleration, rolling,
pitching, vibrations, …).
Cockpits offer sound
restitution as well.
